店铺经理

Job Description:
- Responsible for overall store operation to achieve the sales target
- Motivate and manage store staff to build a professional and efficient team
- Develop strategies and initiative for daily store operations and management
- Ensure high level of customer service is provided and maintain brand image at store level
- Handle customers' enquiries in professional manner
- Control stock level including store orders
- Work with VM on store display and renovation
- Co-ordinate marketing activities to promote the brand and sales
- Ensure the store complies with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related major
- Minimum 5 years working experience of which at least 3 years in the role of store management
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Organized with good communication & problem solving skills
- Able to work independently and willing to work overtime when necessary
- Familiar with MS Office
